Nicole Crane is a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Specialist

Nicole is deeply passionate about nutrition and the power of food in healing. She has had a life-long interest in nourishing food and natural living.  Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Florida International University in 2009.   Looking to pursue her holistic and integrative ideology, Nicole moved to Denver, CO in 2012 to earn certification as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner from the Nutrition Therapy Institute.    As the world of nutrition is ever-evolving, she also stays current by constantly reading, listening to podcasts and learning "for fun."

Nicole has a strong background in nutrition therapy, functional foods and herbal remedies.  Her approach to health is based in viewing the body as a whole and optimizing its functionality.   Her motivation is rooted in improving overall food quality by connecting people with whole foods in their natural state to increase the demand for nourishing food.  In helping promote the truth about food quality and practices, the whole system, from farmer to eater, becomes stronger.  Nicole believes the body’s default state is one of healing, and given the right raw materials (food) while omiting the poor quality ones, the building blocks of tomorrow's cells, the body can and will repair itself.  She looks at the body from a holistic perspective and uses food and natural remedies to improve the function and form of the body.  As a nutrition educator, her specialty is translating nutrition science into digestible consumer level content.  Originally from New York, Nicole moved to Vermont from South Florida in the autumn of 2016.  Nicole enjoys cooking, camping, listening to music, being outdoors, talking about vegetables and taking road trips with her husband and daughter.
