​Ingredients:


1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp almond milk
3 or 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted,                                                                                                    

   (about 3 cups)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon fine salt


Directions:


Melt chocolate chips with almond milk over a double broiler until smooth, set aside to cool.  In a food processor, combine avocado and banana until smooth.  Add honey/maple syrup,  salt and vanilla and blend.  Add in melted chocolate and cocoa powder and blend until very smooth.  Pour into cups or a pie crust.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.  Garnish with berries, slivered almonds, whipped cream or chocolate chips.
